1. Refund Eligibility
Eligible for Full Refund
- Cancellation within 14 days of payment
- Service not yet initiated by our team
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
Partial Refund / Non-Refundable
- Cancellation after service has begun (pro-rated refund)
- Third-party fees (university applications, visa fees)
- Services already delivered or completed
- Change of mind after document submission

Pro-rated refund based on completed work. Third-party fees not refundable.

50% refund if cancelled before review starts. No refund after review completed.
Visa Guidance
Non-refundable after personalized checklist provided. Partial refund before document review.
